Nicholas P. Hatch, 29, of Wilton, Connecticut, was sentenced to 14 months in federal prison for selling counterfeit works of art through his estate sales company, Hatch Estate Services LLC. Between approximately April 2020 and January 2022, Hatch used websites including Estatesales.org to offer fraudulent purported paintings by artist Peter Max.
