Singapore Recovers Billions of Dollars in Money Laundering Case

OCCRP reported that Singapore recovered close to S$3 billion (US$2.23 billion) in assets — including luxury goods and artworks — connected to its landmark 2023 money laundering case involving 10 foreign nationals arrested in August 2023. Nearly S$2.03 billion worth of assets were surrendered or forfeited to the state.
